Simple ways to burn a little extra calories
1) tapping your foot
2) sucking in your stomach (it sounds weird but sucking in actually helps tone your stomach)
3) standing on your toes
4) weighing down your shoes so walking takes more effort
5) fidgeting your hands/ thumb twirling
